Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Strategic Development

: Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored for B2C, B2B, and B2D markets.

Experimentation and Optimization

: Initiate and manage SEO efforts, web experiments, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to improve user acquisition and engagement.

Performance Marketing

: Launch and oversee demand generation pilots, assessing their effectiveness and scalability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

: Work closely with Data Science, Product Growth, Web and Design teams, and the broader Marketing organization to align strategies and share insights.

Vendor Management

: Identify, onboard, and manage external vendors and agencies to support marketing initiatives.

Data-Driven Decision Making

: Analyze data to inform strategy, prioritize experiments, and allocate budgets effectively.

Required Skill



Experience in Digital marketing or content marketing.

Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.

Proficient in marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, Ahrefs, Yoast, etc.

Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, email marketing and social media.

Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
