Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all digital channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, display advertising, etc.)
Manage the company's website and ensure it is optimized for lead generation and user experience
Plan and oversee paid marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, etc.
Drive SEO initiatives including keyword strategy, content development, and backlinking
Create and manage content marketing strategies including blogs, newsletters, and social media posts
Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush) to monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics accordingly
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies or freelancers to develop marketing assets and content
Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure ROI for all campaigns
Stay current on digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's is a plus)
3-6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial role
Proven experience in planning and executing digital campaigns across multiple platforms
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media advertising, and email marketing
Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp)
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
Preferred Skills:
Graphic design or video editing experience (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow)
