About the Role:


Omacle is seeking a results-driven

Digital Marketing Manager

to lead our performance marketing efforts and digital growth strategies. This role focuses on

SEO, paid advertising, and lead generation

, supporting the expansion of Omacle's product lines and brand presence across digital platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to strategize, execute, and optimize high-impact campaigns across channels.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Performance Marketing & Paid Ads



Plan and manage digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube) focused on CPL, ROAS, and brand visibility. A/B test creatives, copy, and funnels to improve conversion rates. Continuously optimize ad performance through data-backed insights.

2. SEO & Website Management



Lead on-page/off-page SEO strategy to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic. Audit and optimize website for speed, UX, and conversion flows. Coordinate with developers and designers to align website performance with campaign goals.

3. Lead Generation & CRM Integration



Design and implement lead funnels, landing pages, and automation flows. Collaborate with sales and product teams to drive MQL to SQL conversions. Oversee integration of tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar CRMs for tracking and nurturing.

4. Analytics & Growth Reporting



Track KPIs across all marketing efforts using GA4, Meta Business Suite, and campaign dashboards. Prepare monthly performance reports with strategic recommendations. Forecast growth and allocate budgets for optimal ROI.

5. Strategic Planning & Execution



Develop quarterly marketing plans aligned with product and business goals. Lead market research to identify audience insights and new campaign opportunities. Coordinate launch and growth strategies for new features, services, or products.

Requirements:



Minimum

2 years of experience

in digital marketing, with a focus on

SEO and paid campaigns

. Proficiency with tools like

Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, SEMRush/Ahrefs

, and basic email marketing platforms. Strong understanding of conversion funnels, user behavior tracking, and performance optimization. Excellent project management and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines.

Bonus (Preferred):



Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM integrations. Creative direction capabilities for landing pages or ad creatives. Knowledge of B2B SaaS or tech-driven product marketing.
