Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Campaigns
Develop and implement strategic digital marketing plans to promote the company's products and services.
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
Develop and manage campaign budgets and ensure alignment with marketing and financial goals.
Create strategic campaign plans, including content calendars and lead management tactics.
Social Media & Content Management
Manage and grow the company's social media presence on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Design, build, and maintain engaging and high-quality content for all digital platforms.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and aesthetics across all content and campaigns.
Brainstorm and implement new and creative growth strategies tailored for each platform.
SEO/SEM & Performance Marketing
Oversee on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and rankings.
Leverage Google Ads and other paid advertising tools to drive traffic and conversions.
Use retarget marketing techniques for branding and lead generation.
Ensure the use of relevant hashtags and keywords to boost organic reach.
Analytics & Reporting
Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing initiatives (website traffic, conversions, ROI, etc.).
Track growth metrics such as followers, likes, comments, and subscribers across platforms.
Maintain detailed records of campaign outcomes, leads generated, and engagement statistics.
Share insights and lead data with relevant internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
Team & Vendor Management
Direct the hiring, onboarding, and supervision of digital marketing and promotions staff.
Manage relationships with agencies, freelancers, vendors, and third-party service providers.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and finance teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
Creative & PR Initiatives
Lead PR-related marketing efforts and ensure effective brand communication strategies.
Work toward the official verification of all major social media handles.
Ensure content uniqueness and maintain high quality across all campaigns.
Requirements:
Proven experience in digital marketing strategy, social media management, and performance marketing.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google AdWords, analytics tools, and retargeting techniques.
Excellent creative writing and copywriting skills.
Experience managing budgets, teams, and external agencies.
Proficiency in marketing analytics and campaign reporting tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good English communication skills.
