Shri Sai College of Nursing and Paramedical is seeking a skilled and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand visibility, generating quality leads for admissions, and managing the college's digital presence across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
:
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for student admissions and brand promotion
Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
Handle social media accounts and content planning (posts, reels, creatives, captions)
Plan and execute lead generation campaigns for Nursing and Paramedical courses
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare regular performance reports
Coordinate with admission and marketing teams to improve conversion rates
Manage website content, SEO, and basic analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console)
Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and tools
Required Skills & Qualifications
:
Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field (preferred)
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field may also apply
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, SMM, and paid advertising platforms
Experience in education sector marketing will be an added advantage
Ability to generate leads and improve admission inquiries
Excellent communication, analytical, and planning skills
