The candidate will play a key role in strategizing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute
social media marketing campaigns
across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, etc.)
Design creatives, carousels, and ad graphics
for brand promotion and engagement
Manage and grow
official social media pages
of all NOUVEAU business units
Develop and maintain a
posting calendar
ensuring consistent, high-quality content
Run
paid ad campaigns
(Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.) and track ROI
Collaborate with management to align marketing strategy with business goals
Analyze performance metrics and generate
monthly marketing reports
Stay updated with digital trends and apply best practices for content and audience engagement
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in
Marketing, Digital Media, Design, or related field
Minimum
1-3 years of experience
in digital marketing or social media management
Proficiency in
Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator
and other design tools
Experience in
Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Analytics
preferred
Strong creative eye and understanding of modern design trends
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Preferred Qualities
Creative mindset with a strong sense of aesthetics
Ability to work independently and manage multiple brand identities
Portfolio of previous social media work or campaign samples will be an added advantage
