The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and
managing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition,
engagement, and retention for DiarchGo. This role requires a strategic thinker with
hands-on experience in digital marketing channels and a proven track record in the e-
commerce or quick commerce industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing
strategy aligned with business objectives - Create annual and quarterly digital
marketing plans with clear KPIs and budgets - Identify target audiences and develop
customer personas for effective targeting - Stay updated with digital marketing trends
and implement innovative strategies
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital
marketing campaigns - Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads,
Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms - Develop and implement SEO/SEM
strategies to improve organic visibility and drive traffic - Create and manage email
marketing campaigns for customer acquisition and retention
Social Media & Content Marketing:
- Develop social media strategy and manage
brand presence across all digital platforms - Collaborate with content team to create
engaging and relevant content for target audiences - Manage influencer partnerships and collaborations to expand brand reach - Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly
Analytics & Performance:
- Analyze marketing data and user behavior to optimize
campaigns and improve ROI - Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance and present insights to management - Use analytics tools to track, measure, and report on marketing campaign effectiveness - Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize campaign performance
Budget & Team Management:
- Manage digital marketing budget allocation and track
spending across channels - Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for campaign execution - Mentor junior marketing team members and provide guidance on best practices - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, technology, and customer service
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Experience
: - 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing with proven track record of success - Experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, or fast-moving consumer goods industry preferred - Demonstrated experience in managing digital marketing budgets and teams - Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
Education
: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business
Administration, or related field - Digital marketing certifications from Google,
Facebook, or other recognized platforms preferred - MBA in Marketing is advantageous
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in digital marketing channels including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing - Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, etc.) - Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems - Knowledge of graphic design tools and basic video editing is a plus
Core Competencies:

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per month
