Digital Marketing Manager

to lead the digital growth of

Need Eighty Two Forex and Travels Pvt. Ltd.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing all digital marketing activities. The candidate must also coordinate with influencers and collaborate with the Business Analyst team to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

:

Develop and implement 360 digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility, customer engagement, and conversions Manage and optimize campaigns across all digital platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), YouTube, etc. Oversee content creation (banners, videos, blogs, etc.) in collaboration with graphic designers and content writers Collaborate with influencers and PR partners to promote services and expand the brand reach Work closely with the Business Analyst team to align marketing goals with business insights and customer trends Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc. Manage SEO and paid ad campaigns to maximize ROI Utilize AI tools for marketing automation, campaign analysis, and creative enhancement Handle all social media platforms, build online communities, and boost engagement Create reports and presentations to update leadership on campaign performance and market positioning

Requirements

:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Proven 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing Hands-on experience in influencer marketing, SEO/SEM, PPC, and analytics tools Strong knowledge of AI-based marketing tools is a plus Excellent communication and leadership skills Creative thinking and strong organizational abilities
