Role: Digital Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Lead

Industry: Digital Marketing Agency

Experience: 3-4 years (strong agency experience required)

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing relationships, expectations, and performance

Lead digital strategy across SEO, Performance Marketing, Social Media & Content for multiple accounts

Present strategies, reports, and growth roadmaps

Lead, mentor, and scale a multi-functional digital marketing team

Review campaign performance regularly and drive data-led optimisation

Stay ahead of platform updates, industry trends, and emerging opportunities

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience handling enterprise or high-value clients

Strong command over SEO, Paid Media (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), Analytics & Social Media

Exceptional client communication, & presentation skills

Leadership mindset with experience managing teams and driving accountability
