Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic
Digital Marketing Manager
to lead our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end digital marketing activities, including lead generation, promotional content creation, SEO optimization, website management, and campaign analysis to strengthen the Aarise brand and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
Track ROI, manage budgets, and optimize ad performance.
Lead Generation:
Create and manage B2B and B2C lead generation strategies through organic and paid channels.
Build email campaigns and automation workflows to nurture leads.
On-Page SEO & Website Management:
Perform keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
Regularly update website content, product pages, and blog sections.
Content & Creative Development:
Design and manage creation of promotional graphics for campaigns, social media, and product marketing (with tools like Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
Create and edit short promotional videos, product explainer videos, reels, and testimonials.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights.
Prepare monthly reports and provide insights for improvement.
Team Coordination:
Collaborate with the sales, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.
