Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within financial services, or B2C financial products.
- Proven expertise in SEO best practices, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO implementation.
- In-depth experience managing and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns with a strong track record of improving CTR and lowering CPA.
- Advanced proficiency in UTM parameter tagging and campaign tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other attribution models.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into strategic recommendations.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, compliance, legal, and creative departments.
- Familiarity with financial industry regulations (e.g., FINRA, SEC, MiFID II) and digital advertising compliance standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or digital marketing certification (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) is a plus.
