to take end-to-end ownership of our entire digital presence. This is an all-encompassing role requiring a strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution skills across every major digital channel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, launching, measuring, and optimizing all digital campaigns to drive brand awareness, traffic, lead generation, and ultimately, sales growth.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
This position requires expertise across seven core functions of digital marketing:
I. Strategy and Leadership
Develop and Own the Strategy:
Formulate the overall annual and quarterly digital marketing strategy, ensuring all digital initiatives align with overarching business goals and target audience needs.
Budget Management:
Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget effectively across all channels (PPC, content production, tools, etc.) to maximize ROI.
Reporting to Leadership:
Present clear, concise performance reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
II. Content-Focused Roles
Content Planning:
Define and manage the content strategy and editorial calendar (blogs, guides, videos, case studies) to support SEO and lead generation efforts.
Copywriting:
Write and/or edit high-converting ad copy, landing page copy, email subject lines, and calls-to-action (CTAs).
III. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Organic Growth:
Plan and implement comprehensive SEO strategies (keyword research, on-page, off-page, technical SEO) to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
Technical Health:
Conduct regular website audits, monitor site speed, mobile experience, and ensure proper indexing via tools like Google Search Console.
IV. Paid Advertising (PPC / Performance)
Campaign Management:
Design, build, and relentlessly optimize Pay-Per-Click (PPC) and paid social media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
Performance Focus:
Manage bidding strategies, quality scores, and targeting to achieve specific performance goals (CPA, ROAS, Lead Volume).
A/B Testing:
Lead continuous A/B testing on ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages for conversion rate optimization (CRO).
V. Social Media Roles
Social Strategy & Execution:
Develop the organic social media strategy, manage the content calendar, and execute posting across all key platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, X).
Community Management:
Monitor conversations, engage with followers, manage reputation, and respond to queries and comments to build a positive brand community.
VI. Data and Analytics Roles
Tracking & Measurement:
Ensure accurate implementation of tracking mechanisms (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, pixel installation) across the website and campaigns.
Reporting & Insights:
Analyze data from all channels, build performance dashboards, identify trends, and derive actionable insights to drive continuous campaign improvement.
VII. Specialized Channel Roles
Email Marketing:
Oversee the end-to-end email marketing program, including list segmentation, automation, design, and analysis of email performance (open rates, click-throughs, conversions).
Affiliate/Partner Management (If applicable):
Identify and manage relationships with key affiliate partners and third-party vendors to extend reach and drive indirect sales.
Revised Required Skills and Experience
Experience:
4 to 6+ years
of hands-on, progressive experience managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, with a proven track record of driving measurable business growth.
Technical Proficiency:
Expert-level knowledge of
Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and Email Marketing Platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
Certifications in Google Ads and Google Analytics are a significant plus.
Mindset:
A highly analytical, data-driven approach with a proven ability to translate complex data into clear, executable marketing strategies. Strong project management skills are essential.
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to write compelling copy and articulate strategic decisions clearly to both technical teams and executive leadership.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
