About the Mission
Be the architect of Nandi's digital dominance in Eastern & Central UP. This is not a "manage the agency" role -- it's a builder's role: Orchestrate full-funnel performance, leverage generative AI for breakthrough creative, and make actionable data your superpower. Own both the outcome and the system.
What You Will Achieve (First 12 Months)
Customer Acquisition: 50%+ new buyer growth via Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket -- set citywise and SKU-specific targets.
Performance KPIs: ₹4.0% CTR on top assets, ?15% CTAs hit on seasonal campaigns, 30-50% improvement in add-to-cart/checkout rate.
Creative Output: Ship 60+ high-performing content assets/month -- at least half made on Nano Banana/Veo 3 or similar AI.
AI-Driven Scaling: Reduce UGC/creative cost per asset by 80% using Nano Banana + Veo 3 + n8n stacks.
ROAS: ₹3.5 blended across Meta, Google, and Q-comm ads.
SEO/Organic: Top-3 rank for 15+ keywords and +150% organic sessions to ecavo.in.
Influencer ROI: 1000+ regional collabs/year across all selling regions at CAC paid performance.
Core Responsibilities
GTM & Full-Funnel Growth
Architect campaigns to maximize CTR, CVR, and sales lift with tracking and LTV analysis.
Run aggressive A/B and multivariate tests across channels.
Deploy city-specific pricing and promotions inside Q-commerce consoles.
AI & Creative Automation
Use Nano Banana, Google Veo 3, ChatGPT, Midjourney, and n8n to generate UGC, social videos, and ad creative at scale.
Drive brand consistency while personalizing creative for seasonality, region, and SKU.
Analytics & Performance
Build dashboards (GA4, Looker, Q-comm) showing ROI, CTA performance, and creative effectiveness.
Implement server-side & event-based tracking (n8n, webhook, API) to capture real conversion data.
Influencer & Community
Grow networks with regional food creators.
Set up AI-based UGC pipelines to scale content.
CRO & CRM
Revamp landing flows, use WhatsApp/email/SMS triggers to increase repeat by 30%.
Drive segmented CTAs, monitor heatmaps and drop-offs.
