Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

  • The position will lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects, including technology delivery, change management required to improve, implement existing digital projects, Digital infrastructures and processes.
  • Supervise and monitor for performance the entire sales process from lead gen, funnel creation to closure of sales.
  • The position will develop growth strategies and account plans with our existing digital product categories as well as explore & identify new digital opportunities while managing a large bouquet of business and delivering new client revenue.
  • To provide inputs for a successful and scalable digital sales strategy.
  • To contribute to the management for pricing, planning, inventory, strategies, targets and budgets across product category for maximising sales and revenues.
  • To collaborate and ensure alignment with Executive peers across existing product categories, Marketing, Product, Content and other relevant departments.
  • To work with the digital editorial, product and operation teams on best practices and product development.
  • Should have the ability to work with cross-functional teams like Content, Marketing and Media Strategy.
  • Should proactively communicate go-to-market strategy & calendar to both internal and external stake-holders.
  • Should ensures that the Sales and Digital products Teams are aligned, focused and motivated in the achievement of their KRAs including presentation, prospecting; relationship building, using integrated concepts to develop marketing programs and delivering pre-decided outcomes.
Skills Required :
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of professional digital/ Ed-tech or integrated sales experience with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
  • Extensive knowledge of digital advertising vendors and affiliates, ad management tools and research tools.
  • Established network of contacts and relationships within the digital ad sales industry.
  • Demonstrated & Successful track record in new business development and nurturing existing client relationships in the digital platform.
  • Demonstrable analytical excellence, superior communication skills (presentation and written) and an ability to forge strong interpersonal relationships.
  • Tenacious and perseverant for outcomes.
