Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our online marketing strategies across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in managing paid and organic campaigns, driving brand visibility, lead generation, and ROI across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), Google Ads, and other digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and X
Plan and execute organic growth strategies across all social media platforms
Oversee content calendars, campaign planning, and platform-wise marketing approach
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, etc.
Improve website traffic, lead conversion, and customer engagement
Manage SEO/SEM strategies including keyword planning, on-page optimization, and performance tracking
Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, and vendors for campaign execution
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new digital opportunities
Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaigns
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong expertise in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and Google platforms
In-depth knowledge of paid ads, retargeting, conversion tracking, and pixel setup
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and ad dashboards
Understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Experience in handling multiple campaigns and brands simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Digital Marketing will be an advantage
Experience in travel, events, hospitality, or service-based industries is a plus
