Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Manage brand pages, run campaigns, and increase followers/engagement.
Handle paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads / Google Ads preferred).
Graphic Designing
Create eye-catching posts, reels, banners, flyers, presentations, and event creatives.
Maintain brand consistency across all visuals.
Lead Generation
Use social media, digital ads, and online platforms to generate quality business leads.
Track, report, and optimize lead conversion performance.
Requirements
Proven experience in
social media management + graphic design
.
Skilled in Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator (basic video editing is a plus).
Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
Good communication & creative mindset.
Ability to work from
Madhapur office
