for our hospital to manage patient communication, digital lead handling, and on-ground content coordination. This role acts as a link between patients, doctors, hospital staff, and the digital marketing team while ensuring ethical, accurate, and patient-first communication.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming
lead calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and digital form submissions
from hospital marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with doctors and staff to
capture approved photo and video content
during consultations, procedures, or operations (as per consent and hospital protocols).
Assist in creating
social media content, reels, testimonials, and educational videos
within the hospital environment.
Speak with patients post-treatment to
collect reviews, feedback, and testimonials
(with proper consent).
Maintain and update
patient leads, follow-ups, and inquiry records
.
Ensure all digital communication complies with
medical ethics, patient confidentiality, and healthcare advertising guidelines
.
Act as the on-ground point of contact for the
digital marketing agency/team
for content planning and execution.
Monitor and coordinate responses for
Google Reviews and social media comments/messages
.
Support doctors during content shoots without disrupting clinical workflows.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong verbal and written
communication skills
(English + Hindi + Marathi).
Comfortable interacting with
patients, doctors, and hospital staff
.
Basic knowledge of
digital marketing, social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube), and Google Business Profile
.
Ability to capture
photos and videos using a smartphone or basic camera setup
.
High level of
empathy, professionalism, and discretion
.
Good coordination, time management, and documentation skills.
Prior experience in
hospital marketing, healthcare communication, clinic coordination, or service-based roles
is an advantage.
