We are looking for an experienced and result-driven
Digital Marketing Lead
to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will lead digital campaigns, manage a team, and drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Lead and manage digital marketing team (SEO, Social Media, Paid Ads, Content)
Plan and execute campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Oversee SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing
Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI optimization
Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams for integrated campaigns
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing (2+ years in a leadership role preferred)
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics & Automation tools
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Manager
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in real estate / corporate branding / agency background
Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot
Strong understanding of marketing funnels and lead nurturing
