Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SEO Lead / Senior SEO Specialist to plan, execute, and manage data-driven SEO strategies for GALTech's internal brands and a wide range of client projects across the UAE and Middle East.

The ideal candidate is analytical, strategic, and results-oriented, with a strong foundation in both technical and content SEO. You will be responsible for improving organic visibility, driving high-quality traffic, and ensuring measurable ROI across multiple domains.

This is a leadership-oriented role that blends hands-on execution with team guidance and strategy-building.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and oversee comprehensive SEO strategies for multiple brands and industries. Manage all aspects of technical SEO, including website audits, site architecture, indexing, and page speed optimization. Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content optimization to improve rankings and organic traffic. Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO-aligned content strategy, including blogs, landing pages, and social content. Build and manage authority and backlink strategies through ethical link-building techniques. Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog. Prepare detailed SEO reports, performance dashboards, and growth insights for management and clients. Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates, search trends, and emerging SEO tools. Collaborate with developers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all projects. Mentor and guide junior SEO executives and interns to ensure consistent quality and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

3-6 years of proven experience in SEO (agency or in-house; Middle East market exposure preferred). Strong command over technical, on-page, and off-page SEO practices. Expertise in SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Data Studio. Good understanding of website architecture, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics. Experience handling multi-project SEO campaigns simultaneously. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with the UAE/Middle East digital ecosystem. Working knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow. Certifications in SEO or Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, SEMrush Academy, etc.). Experience using AI or automation tools for keyword research, content optimization, or reporting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
