We're looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Lead to take ownership of our company's digital presence and drive business growth through innovative marketing strategies. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that captivate our target audience and drive lead generation.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all
channels (social media, email, content marketing, paid advertising, etc.)
- Manage and optimize our company's digital presence, including website, social media, and online platforms.
- Conceptualize and execute innovative marketing ideas that drive engagement, lead generation, and conversion.
- Lead management: generate, nurture, and convert leads through targeted campaigns and personalized communication.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handover and follow-up.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Don't be afraid to get involved in sales - we're looking for someone who's comfortable communicating the value proposition to potential customers.
Key Responsibilities (Digital Media) :
- Manage and optimize our company's website for user experience and conversion.
- Develop and implement social media strategies that drive engagement and lead generation.
- Create and curate high-quality content for social media, blogs, and other digital channels.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive lead generation and conversion.
- Monitor and report on digital marketing metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, lead generation, and conversion.
Requirements :
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation, campaign management, and digital media management.
- Proven track record of innovative marketing ideas that drive results.
- Experience with lead management tools, CRM software, and digital marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize for improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with potential customers.
- Comfortable with sales and willing to contribute to lead conversion efforts.
