We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency looking for a

Lead, Digital Growth

to drive success for our clients through organic and paid digital strategies. This is a

key leadership role

where you will be the

single point of contact for customers

, ensuring they achieve their business goals while also leading execution.

Since we are a young and growing agency, this role requires a

hands-on leader

who can both strategize and execute.

Responsibilities

:

Customer Champion

- Be the

primary contact

for clients, deeply understanding their goals and doing

whatever it takes

to help them succeed.

Build Strategies

- Develop and execute

comprehensive digital growth strategies

(organic & paid) to generate leads and drive business outcomes.

Own Execution

- Work closely with

SEO, content, and design teams

to ensure seamless execution of digital campaigns.

Execute Paid Campaigns

- Design, experiment with, and execute high-ROI

paid marketing campaigns

across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and others.

Build the Team

- As the agency grows, help hire, mentor, and scale the

digital delivery team

.

About you

:

5+ years of experience

in digital marketing, with a strong

track record in both organic growth and paid campaigns

.

Exceptional communication skills

- both written and verbal - to manage client relationships effectively.

Ownership mindset

- Proactive problem solver with a strong sense of accountability.

Strong aesthetic and creative sense

- A refined taste for content, design, and storytelling.

Execution-focused

- A

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
