Digital Marketing Lead

to drive impactful marketing strategies and mentor our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation. Oversee SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, PPC, and content marketing. Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare detailed reports. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing. Collaborate with sales and design teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals. Train and mentor junior team members to enhance overall team performance. Manage client projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results.

Requirements:

Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing with expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media campaigns. Strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other digital tools. Ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and optimize campaigns accordingly. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills. Creativity with a results-driven approach. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
