Role Overview
We are seeking a
Digital Marketing Lead
who is not only an expert in
SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
, but also passionate about
marketing automation, international campaign scaling, and innovative growth strategies
. This is a high-impact role where you will lead our digital marketing initiatives, optimize our funnels, and directly contribute to ARULA's global reach.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing & Paid Ads
Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing campaigns on
Google Ads and Meta Ads
across multiple regions (India, UK, USA, Middle East, etc.).
Manage targeting by country, city, and audience persona to ensure maximum ROI.
Continuously test creatives, landing pages, and CTAs to drive conversions.
2. SEO & Organic Growth
Lead keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and on-page/off-page optimization.
Grow organic search traffic and improve website rankings.
Develop and execute content-driven SEO strategies.
3. Marketing Automation
Set up and optimize
WhatsApp, Email, and CRM automations
to nurture leads.
Build automated funnels to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Ensure smooth integration of automation tools with ad campaigns.
4. Innovation & Strategy
Bring
fresh ideas
for campaigns, content strategies, and digital engagement.
Take initiative to propose and experiment with new marketing channels.
Stay updated with global digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
5. Analytics & Reporting
Monitor campaign KPIs (CPL, CTR, ROAS, etc.) and provide weekly/monthly insights.
Track funnel performance and suggest actionable improvements.
Report directly to leadership with clear growth-driven action plans.
Requirements
3-5 years of proven experience in
SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
.
Hands-on experience in setting up
marketing automations
(WhatsApp, Email, CRM).
Strong understanding of international ad targeting and scaling strategies.
Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.) and SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, etc.).
High initiative-taker, creative thinker, and results-driven marketer.
Experience in ed-tech, health-tech, or therapy domains is a plus (not mandatory).
