Job Overview

We are seeking a results-orientedDigital Marketing Lead to plan, lead, and execute comprehensive digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience across multiple digital channels, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to independently manage campaigns while collaborating effectively with internal teams to achieve business objectives.

This position is well-suited for a proactive professional who balances strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and other digital platforms Develop and manage content strategies for social media, digital advertising, and online creatives Increase brand visibility, social media engagement, and paid campaign performance Handle SEO initiatives including keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance analysis Plan, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns such as Google Ads and social media advertising Track campaign performance and prepare detailed reports with insights and recommendations Coordinate with internal teams, designers, and external vendors to ensure timely campaign execution Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and, when required, external clients
Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Strong expertise in SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, performance marketing, and content strategy Proven hands-on experience managing social media platforms and paid advertising campaigns Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital marketing tools Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently Comfortable working in a hybrid work setup Male candidates preferred
