Job Description

This is a unique opportunity for a talented digital marketer to take the next step in their career. While we require at least one year of hands-on experience, we are looking for an individual with immense potential and a strong desire to lead. You will be an integral part of our marketing efforts, responsible for building our digital marketing function, shaping our growth strategy, and eventually, building and managing your own team.

Key Responsibilities:



Strategy & Planning:

Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive app downloads, user acquisition, and engagement.

Lead Generation:

Design and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns to consistently grow our user base.

SEO & ASO:

Own our SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and visibility. Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO. Develop and implement an App Store Optimization (ASO) strategy to improve app rankings on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Campaign Execution:

Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.

Performance Analysis:

Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns (ROI and KPIs). Use data and analytics to provide actionable insights for improvement.

Team Leadership & Building:

Lead all marketing activities and, as the company grows, take charge of recruiting, training, and mentoring a high-performing marketing team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Minimum of

1 year of hands-on experience

in a digital marketing role. Proven expertise and a successful track record in

SEO

(on-page, off-page, technical). Demonstrable experience in planning and executing successful

lead generation

strategies. Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Mailchimp, etc.). Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong leadership potential with a genuine desire to

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):



Experience with App Store Optimization (ASO). Experience with paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads).

Strong video presentation and creation skills are a significant advantage.

Experience in the Ed-Tech industry or marketing a mobile application. Basic knowledge of content marketing and social media management.
