Role:


Drive customer acquisition through paid digital marketing channels with a focus on high-conversion SEM and social media campaigns.

Responsibilities:



Plan and execute Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns. Coordinate with content and design teams to generate high-converting creative assets. Optimize targeting, bidding, and messaging for improved ROAS. Track funnel metrics (Impression > Click > Lead > Walk-in > Booking). Run remarketing campaigns to re-engage cold leads.

KRAs:



Digital lead generation efficiency. Funnel conversion improvement. Cost optimization across channels.

KPIs:



Cost Per Lead (CPL) vs. benchmark. Lead to site visit and site visit to booking ratio. Click Through Rate (CTR) and Conversion Rate (CVR). Contribution of digital leads to monthly booking targets.

Pay: Up to ?1,800,000.00 per month
