Job Description

We are seeking a

Digital Marketing Lead

with a strong background in IT Services, preferably in the QA domain, to drive marketing initiatives, generate qualified leads, and improve digital presence across platforms.

This role requires a dynamic individual capable of managing end-to-end marketing efforts, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and leading a small marketing team effectively.

Key Responsibilities



Execute organizational marketing strategy and coordinate all marketing activities. Lead generation using sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and others. Manage and improve digital presence: website, SEO, online portals, social media platforms. Run marketing automation and email campaigns; track responses and results. Coordinate with delivery and pre-sales teams to gather content for whitepapers, case studies, blogs, webinars, and videos. Support content development and publication across platforms. Conduct research on relevant industry events and conferences. Run outbound LinkedIn campaigns targeting relevant audiences. Maintain and update company presence across all subscribed external platforms. Collaborate with SEO agencies to track keywords and web traffic. Oversee website maintenance and timely updates through partner agencies. Ensure alignment of social media content with company goals. Develop awareness and branding strategies to strengthen online reputation.

(Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience with

sales tools

like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, etc. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable marketing outcomes (leads, traffic, engagement).
