Job Overview:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to drive online marketing efforts and generate leads for our real estate business in Delhi. You'll develop strategies to boost visibility, attract potential buyers, and convert leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop & Execute Digital Marketing Campaigns: Manage SEO, PPC (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), and social media for real estate listings.

Lead Generation: Implement strategies to generate and nurture leads through email, CRM, and landing pages.

Content Creation: Produce engaging content, including blog posts, property descriptions, and social media updates.

Analytics & Reporting: Track and optimize campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and CRM.

Collaboration: Work with the sales team to convert marketing-generated leads into clients.

Requirements:

Experience : 2-4 years in digital marketing (real estate experience a plus).

Skills : Proficiency in SEO/SEM, Google Ads, social media marketing, and CRM tools.

Knowledge : Strong understanding of the Delhi real estate market.
