The ideal candidate will be creative, analytical, and results-driven, with a strong focus on generating high-quality leads through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and paid ads.
Design and execute lead generation strategies to attract, nurture, and convert prospects.
Build and optimize landing pages, lead magnets, and conversion funnels.
Manage CRM and marketing automation tools to track leads and improve conversion rates.
Conduct A/B testing on campaigns to maximize ROI and lead quality.
Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with lead qualification and pipeline growth.
Monitor, analyze, and report on lead generation performance using analytics tools.
Stay updated with emerging digital marketing and lead generation trends.
Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record in lead generation.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, etc.).
Excellent communication and copywriting skills for lead-focused campaigns.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and optimize campaigns.
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B lead generation and account-based marketing.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads and lead generation via professional networks.
Knowledge of funnel optimization and retargeting strategies.
Basic design skills for creating lead magnets and ad creatives.
