Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Lead Management Executive who will be responsible for executing digital marketing campaigns, generating quality leads, and efficiently managing leads through CRM systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing, lead nurturing, and coordination with the sales team to improve conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms

Generate leads through paid ads, social media, and online channels

Manage social media platforms and online brand presence

Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, and conversions

Support SEO and basic content marketing activities

Lead Management Responsibilities:

Manage and track incoming leads using CRM software

Classify leads as Hot / Warm / Cold based on quality and readiness

Coordinate with the sales team for timely follow-ups

Improve lead-to-conversion ratio through effective lead nurturing

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead performance reports

Required Skills & Competencies:

Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation techniques

Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads

Experience in CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)

Strong analytical and reporting skills

Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)

Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field

1-3 years of relevant experience (Freshers with proper training may apply)

Familiarity with Canva or basic graphic design tools

Experience in SEO and content marketing is an advantage

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹18000- ?28,000 per month (based on experience)
