Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, directories, and targeted outreach.
Generate leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and industry networking.
Qualify leads based on interest, budget, business goals, and readiness to engage in digital marketing services.
Coordinate with the sales and business development teams to pass on qualified leads.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM tools.
Schedule discovery calls, demos, or meetings between potential clients and sales managers.
Nurture early-stage leads with regular follow-ups and tailored messaging.
Maintain a consistent lead pipeline to support monthly sales targets.
Stay updated on digital marketing services--especially Google Ads, paid media trends, and industry tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or inside sales--preferably in a digital marketing or IT sales environment.
Strong understanding of digital advertising services like Google Ads and performance campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to understand client needs and match them with appropriate digital solutions.
Experience using CRM software such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
Target-driven with strong follow-up and time management skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working in digital marketing agencies or marketing tech companies.
Familiarity with paid campaign metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, ROAS).
Comfortable in cold calling, lead nurturing, and objection handling.
