Digital Marketing Lead & Trainer
who can lead projects and train students to become industry-ready professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions on digital marketing modules including SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Analytics.
Guide, mentor, and assess students throughout their training journey.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and strategies in digital marketing and integrate them into the training curriculum.
Manage live projects and involve students in real-time campaigns for practical exposure.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate with management to ensure training programs align with company goals and industry standards.
Lead internal digital marketing projects and campaigns when required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing and training/mentoring.
Strong command over SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Analytics.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
Passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing future digital marketers.
Relevant certifications (Google, HubSpot, etc.) will be an added advantage.
