About the Role

Digital Marketing Lead

who can bring creativity, strategy, and performance together to strengthen our online presence and engage B2B audiences.

The ideal candidate will have

2-3 years of hands-on experience

in digital marketing, with a solid understanding of

social media management, paid campaigns, and B2B content strategy

-- ideally within the

manufacturing or engineering sector

.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated marketer to take ownership of campaigns, contribute ideas, and make a visible impact on brand growth. Assist in creating

email campaigns, landing pages, and lead generation initiatives

for sales support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



Social Media Strategy



Develop and execute a

content and engagement strategy

for LinkedIn and Facebook tailored to B2B audiences. Create or coordinate high-quality content (posts, graphics, videos, case studies) that highlights Pet Tools' products, achievements, and brand story. Manage community engagement -- responding to comments, inquiries, and interactions professionally and promptly. Monitor competitors and industry trends to keep our digital strategy current and relevant.

Brand & Content Marketing



Support brand-building initiatives, product launches, and trade event promotions. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, and design) to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels. Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely execution of campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting



Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, traffic, and lead generation. Prepare monthly marketing performance reports with insights and improvement suggestions. Use tools like

Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager

to guide decisions.

Qualifications & Skills



Required:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

2-3 years

of experience in digital marketing or social media management (preferably in a B2B/manufacturing setup). Proficiency with

LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO fundamentals

. Strong communication and content-writing skills. Ability to handle multiple campaigns, manage time efficiently, and work cross-functionally.

Preferred:



Experience with

graphic design tools

(e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Understanding of

lead generation strategies

in B2B markets. Familiarity with

email marketing platforms

like HubSpot, etc.
