Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, traffic, and qualified leads.
Plan and manage SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Optimize website content, landing pages, and digital assets for better engagement and conversions.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, HubSpot, etc.).
Lead A/B testing initiatives to improve CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing activities with business goals.
Manage budgets, timelines, and vendors/agencies as required.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3-4 years of proven experience in digital marketing roles.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, SEMrush, or similar.
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Ability to strategize as well as execute campaigns end-to-end.
Team management/mentorship experience is a plus.
