Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, implement, and manage online marketing campaigns for our educational programs. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, brand awareness, and student engagement across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Manage the company's social media presence and increase engagement and followers.
Create and optimize landing pages and Google Forms for lead generation.
Track and analyze performance metrics (CPC, CPL, ROI) and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Coordinate with the admissions and counseling teams to ensure proper lead follow-up and conversion.
Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop ads, blogs, videos, and promotional materials.
Manage email marketing and WhatsApp campaigns for nurturing leads.
Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices in the education sector.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in the education industry).
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Analytics tools.
Good understanding of lead funnels and CRM usage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with education lead generation campaigns.
Basic knowledge of Canva / Photoshop / video editing tools.
Familiarity with Google Sheets and reporting dashboards.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
