We are seeking a highly versatile and proactive professional to manage
administrative, reception, digital marketing, client servicing, and operational support
for both
Cosysta
and
Edxera
. The ideal candidate should be multi-talented, organized, and comfortable handling diverse responsibilities across communication, operations, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration & Reception Handling
Manage front-desk operations including calls, visitor management, and office coordination.
Provide administrative support across departments to ensure smooth operations.
Digital Marketing Support
Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, promotions).
Coordinate with marketing teams to track online engagement and lead generation.
Call Center & Client Communication
Handle inbound and outbound client calls with professionalism.
Act as a communication bridge between clients, developers, and internal teams.
Follow up on project progress, updates, and deliverables.
Operations & Progress Monitoring
Track and report the progress of ongoing works/projects under Cosysta.
Ensure timely updates are shared with management and clients.
Financial Coordination
Collect payments and funds from clients for Cosysta and Edxera.
Maintain proper records of transactions and report to management.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Digital marketing knowledge (social media, SEO basics, content support).
Call center/customer service experience.
Multitasking and time management.
Financial coordination and basic accounting knowledge.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital platforms.
