Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing the online marketing efforts of the organization. The role involves managing digital campaigns, content creation, social media, SEO, performance tracking, and ensuring strong brand visibility across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1? Social Media Management

Plan, create, and post content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube). Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow the audience. Run paid social media campaigns and optimize performance.

2? Website & SEO

Manage website content updates and landing pages. Conduct keyword research and optimize pages for SEO. Improve website ranking and organic traffic.

3? Digital Advertising

Create and manage Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and remarketing campaigns. Track campaign performance and optimize ROI.

4? Content Creation

Develop content for social media, blogs, emailers, and campaign assets. Coordinate with designers for creatives, videos, and banners. Create and edit high-quality photos, videos, reels, and promotional collages for social media and marketing campaigns.

5? Analytics & Reporting

Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM dashboards. Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports on leads, reach, and engagement.

6? Email & WhatsApp Marketing

Plan and execute email marketing and WhatsApp broadcast campaigns. Segment audiences and monitor open/click rates.

7? Brand & Reputation Management

Maintain consistent brand identity across platforms. Monitor online reviews and ensure timely responses.

8? Collaboration & Coordination

Work closely with the admissions, sales, and academic teams for campaigns. Support marketing events, school activities, and offline promotions when needed.

Required Qualifications/Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related fields.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Bellandur, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:

Master's (Preferred)
