Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic educator who has expertise in both Full Stack Web Development and Digital Marketing.
The ideal candidate should understand how to build digital platforms and also market them effectively -- from coding websites to creating strategies that drive real online engagement.
This is a dual-role position designed for a self-driven professional who loves to teach, innovate, and guide students through both the technical and strategic aspects of the digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Full Stack Development Training
Teach programming fundamentals and advanced concepts in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and Python.
Guide students in developing dynamic, responsive, and database-driven web applications using MySQL/MongoDB.
Help students understand API integration, version control (Git/GitHub), and deployment techniques.
Supervise live web projects and mentor students on best coding practices.
Digital Marketing Training
Train students in SEO, Google Ads, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Analytics.
Teach the use of tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Canva.
Explain content strategies, ad campaign setup, performance tracking, and reporting.
Encourage students to work on real-time campaigns and build personal brand case studies.
Academic & Mentorship Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive lesson plans that integrate both development and marketing workflows.
Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and project-based learning.
Conduct workshops, bootcamps, and interactive sessions on digital trends and web innovations.
Evaluate student projects, provide constructive feedback, and ensure professional growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or Digital Marketing.
3-6 years of professional experience across both domains (Development + Marketing).
Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and Python for web development.
Strong command over SEO, SMM, Google Ads, and Performance Marketing.
Excellent communication, teaching, and presentation skills.
Preferred:
Hands-on experience in managing live websites or online businesses.
Certifications from Google, HubSpot, or Meta (added advantage).
Familiarity with UI/UX Design, Analytics Tools, and AI-based Marketing Platforms.
