: Digital Marketing & IT Executive

Location:

Cuttack, Odisha.

Experience:

2-5 years in digital marketing, IT, or related fields.

Salary:

25000 - 40000 per month (negotiable).

Position Summary

We are looking for a skilled professional to take charge of digital marketing, branding, IT support, and business tool management across diverse industries. This role requires a creative yet technically adept individual who can seamlessly manage online presence, design assets, technical troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing & Branding

Manage social media presence, campaigns, and promotions across platforms. Handle Google Business Profiles for multiple companies, including review monitoring and responses. Design marketing creatives such as posters, hoardings, invitations, visiting cards, and ID cards.

2. Website & Email Management

Develop and maintain WordPress websites with regular updates, troubleshooting, and content management. Manage professional email IDs across multiple domains.

3. Design & Multimedia

Design logos for multiple brands. Prepare corporate PowerPoint presentations for various industries. Perform basic video editing using Filmora for promos, invitations, and events.

4. Customer & Business Tools

Set up and manage WhatsApp Business dashboards, automation flows, and chatbots. Provide support for payment gateway setup and integration. Manage turf booking applications and provide operational support.

5. Technical & IT Support

Provide daily IT troubleshooting and coordination in the office. Manage domains, hosting, and admin dashboards. Work on basic AutoCAD layouts and minor drafting edits.

6. Procurement & Vendor Coordination (Limited Scope)

Coordinate with printing vendors for flex, branding materials, and installations. Source brand contacts for commercial real estate outreach.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in IT, Design, or related field (preferred). Strong knowledge of WordPress, Google Business tools, and social media platforms. Proficiency in design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Filmora, PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and IT troubleshooting. Excellent communication, multitasking, and vendor management skills.
