About the internship
Job Summary: The social media marketing intern supports the social media team in executing strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement across various social media platforms. This role provides valuable hands-on experience in digital marketing, focusing on content creation, community management, and analytics.
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategies to align with business goals
2. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others
3. Monitor social media accounts for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly to engage with the audience
4. Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to evaluate the performance of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
5. Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices
6. Support the management of paid social media campaigns, including setting up ads and tracking their performance
7. Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and visually appealing campaigns

Other requirements
1. A basic understanding of social media platforms and their functionalities.
2. Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
3. Possess creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
4. Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
5. A basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) is advantageous.
6. Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
