Job Title: Marketing Associate

We are a marketing agency based in Chandigarh looking for a marketing associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about market research and have a basic understanding of the English language. As a marketing associate, you will be responsible for conducting research to understand the market and competition, as well as running marketing campaigns, managing influencers, and communicating with brands.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, trends, competition\'s strategies, and preferences
- Develop marketing campaigns to promote products or services
- Manage social media accounts and influencers to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Collaborate with brands to create partnerships and co-marketing initiatives

Requirements:
- Diploma or undergraduate
- Intermediate understanding of the English language
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and research tools
