Your Role: What You'll Do

As a Digital Marketing Intern, your focus will be on building and executing high-impact communication strategies through WhatsApp and email to engage, retain, and convert users.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, design, and execute marketing campaigns on WhatsApp and email platforms. Write compelling copy and design templates that drive open rates, clicks, and conversions. Manage campaign schedules, target segmentation, and message flows. Track campaign performance metrics such as delivery rates, CTR, and engagement. Coordinate with product, sales, and support teams to ensure messaging consistency. Assist in A/B testing different campaign formats and communication styles. Maintain and organize lead and customer contact databases. Explore automation tools and integrations to scale communication workflows.

What We're Looking For

Strong written communication and a creative mindset. Interest or basic knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Brevo, Sendinblue) and WhatsApp Business API or CRM integrations. Ability to manage tasks, work with data, and analyze campaign performance. Familiarity with basic marketing concepts like funnels, CTAs, and audience segmentation. Students or recent graduates from marketing, mass communication, or business backgrounds preferred.

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience using Canva, Figma, or any design tools. Exposure to customer journey mapping or automation platforms. Hands-on knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for list management and reporting.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
