Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Executive with 1 year of experience, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance the online presence and visibility of our brand. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, excellent analytical skills, and a creative mindset to drive engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms. Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities. Implement social media advertising campaigns to achieve specific objectives.

Content Creation and Management:

Develop compelling and relevant content for various digital channels, including blogs, website, and social media. Optimize content for SEO and ensure its alignment with the overall digital marketing strategy. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and shareable content.

Email Marketing:

Execute email marketing campaigns, including planning, creating, and analyzing performance metrics. Segment and target audiences to deliver personalized and targeted email communications. A/B test different elements to optimize email campaign performance.

SEO and SEM:

Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimize website content for search engines. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to drive traffic and conversions. Stay updated on SEO and SEM best practices and algorithm changes.

Analytics and Reporting:

Utilize analytical tools to monitor website and social media performance. Prepare regular reports on key performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement. Identify opportunities for growth and areas for optimization.

Campaign Management:

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels. Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall marketing objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1 year of experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media, content creation, and email marketing. Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices. Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas. Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
