We are seeking a creative, tech-savvy, and performance-driven
Digital Marketing Executive
who can handle digital campaigns end-to-end while also creating high-quality graphics, social media creatives, and short-form videos. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing social media pages, running ads, analyzing results, and producing visually appealing content that strengthens the brand's presence across platforms.
Key Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across channels--Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Manage daily posting, hashtag strategy, and engagement on all social media platforms.
Track KPIs, generate weekly/monthly performance reports, and suggest improvements.
2. Content Creation & Designing
Create visually appealing social media creatives, banners, posters, infographics, and ads.
Design website graphics, email templates, and marketing collateral as needed.
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and messaging.
3. Video Editing & Production
Edit short-form videos for reels, YouTube, ads, and social campaigns.
Add transitions, subtitles, effects, sound, and branding elements.
Capture basic footage when needed (optional).
4. SEO & Website Support
Assist in basic on-page SEO: meta tags, keyword optimization, blogs formatting, etc.
Update website content using CMS (WordPress or others).
5. Strategy & Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align campaigns with goals.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and new marketing ideas.
Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Design, or related field.
1-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
Proficiency in
graphic design tools
like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, etc.
Strong
video editing skills
using Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Filmora, CapCut, etc.
Basic understanding of paid ads, analytics, and SEO fundamentals.
Strong communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Attributes
Experience in managing social media pages for startups or SMEs.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality output.
Strong sense of aesthetics and current design trends.
Knowledge of AI tools for marketing and content creation (optional but preferred).
