Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for potential clients and guide them through the available digital marketing courses.
Make calls to prospects, inform them about course details, and help them make informed decisions.
Counsel potential students, answer their queries, and convert leads into enrollments.
Assist in following up with leads and maintaining records of calls and interactions.
Help in promoting digital marketing services and courses across different channels.
Collaborate with the marketing team to improve customer acquisition strategies.
Requirements
:
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts or a willingness to learn.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
