TRC is a fast-growing European provider of end-to-end RFID & IoT solutions. We build sustainable RFID labels, supply RFID hardware, and integrate smart systems for logistics, retail, manufacturing, and healthcare--turning real-world operations into data you can act on.

About the Role

You'll support day-to-day

digital marketing across social, content, SEO, and email.

This is a hands-on role where you'll create assets, ship campaigns, and learn how to measure what works.

Responsibilities

Draft and schedule LinkedIn posts; design simple creatives in Canva. Assist with email campaigns (copy, segmentation, sends, basic reporting). Do market/competitor research and distill insights. Maintain content calendars; monitor comments/DMs and engagement. Write short web/blog/newsletter content and tidy up on-page SEO basics. Track weekly performance (traffic, CTR, engagement) and compile summaries. Coordinate with design/content to deliver assets on time.

Requirements

Strong written & verbal communication. Basic grasp of SEO, social media, and analytics concepts. Familiar with Canva and common social/email tools. Organized, detail-oriented, and good at prioritization.

Nice to Haves

Google Analytics/Search Console basics. Keyword research & on-page SEO experience. Excel/Sheets for simple dashboards; basic AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.). Light video editing (Reels/shorts) or carousel design skills.

What You'll Learn

End-to-end campaign execution (plan ? launch ? measure ? iterate). Content ops for social, web, and newsletters. Practical SEO (keywords, on-page, internal links). Reporting that turns metrics into actions. Cross-functional collaboration with design and product.
