Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & Social Media
Create engaging social media posts, reels, stories, and property showcase creatives using
Canva
.
Assist in strategizing and executing digital campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and LinkedIn.
Schedule and publish content across platforms, ensuring consistent branding.
Monitor online inquiries, engage with followers, and support community management.
Graphic Design & Content Creation
Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, property teasers, banners, and ads.
Create visually appealing layouts for property listings, site updates, and project highlights.
Support photography and videography coordination for property shoots.
Real Estate Marketing Support
Prepare digital property presentations, project briefs, and email marketing templates.
Assist in updating property listings on websites and portals.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research on real estate trends and digital practices.
Analytics & Reporting
Track and report performance of digital campaigns and social content.
Analyze engagement data to recommend improvements for future creatives and strategies.
Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Design, Media, Communications, or related field.
Strong skills in
Canva
and basic graphic design principles (Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus).
Basic understanding of real estate marketing, social media trends, and digital platforms.
Good communication skills with a creative mindset and attention to detail.
Ability to work with deadlines, multitask, and deliver high-quality creative output.
