Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing professional to develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SEO, social media, email marketing, PPC, content marketing, and analytics to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Planning: - Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals (brand awareness, lead generation, sales). - Research industry trends, competitors, and target audience behavior.
2. Content Marketing & SEO: - Create and manage content (blogs, videos, infographics) to improve SEO and engagement. - Optimize website content for search engines (on-page & off-page SEO). - Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
3. Social Media Marketing: - Manage and grow social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.). - Develop engaging content, schedule posts, and interact with followers. - Run paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
4. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) & Paid Advertising: - Plan and execute Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media ad campaigns. - Monitor budgets, analyze performance, and optimize for ROI.
5. Email Marketing: - Design and execute email campaigns (newsletters, promotions, drip campaigns). - Segment email lists and analyze open/click-through rates.
6. Analytics & Reporting: - Track KPIs (traffic, conversions, engagement) using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc. - Generate reports and provide insights to improve campaign performance.
7. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): - A/B test landing pages, CTAs, and ads to improve conversion rates. - Work with web developers to enhance user experience (UX).
8. Collaboration & Coordination: - Work with designers, content writers, and sales teams to align marketing efforts. - Manage external agencies or freelancers (if applicable). Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. - Technical Skills: - SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz). - Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite. - Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot). - Social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer). - Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. - Soft Skills: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Creativity and ability to generate engaging content. - Excellent communication and teamwork.
