We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The role involves Onboarding, Scheduling and managing channel partners/agents , conducting outbound calls to potential leads, and driving sales of our open plots and villa projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, connect with, and onboard new channel partners/agents to expand the sales network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential leads and existing clients to promote our real estate projects (open plots and villas).
- Follow up on inquiries, provide project information, and convert leads into site visits and closures.
- Coordinate with the field sales team for client meetings and site visits.
- Maintain daily/weekly reports of lead engagement and conversions.
