Post property advertisements on various real estate portals and company websites.
Plan, draft, and manage ad listings to ensure maximum visibility.
Prepare and update new property listings on a daily or weekly basis.
Handle
lead registrations
and coordinate with the sales and operations team for timely updates.
Monitor ad performance and suggest improvements to enhance lead generation.
Maintain proper documentation and tracking of all listings and leads.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing or ad management preferred.
Familiarity with property portals such as 99acres, MagicBricks, and Housing.com.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines consistently.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email communication, and portal handling).
